Nose - The nose shows lifted red berry fruits, raspberry and red liquorice, spiced cloves and fresh, dark cherries.

Palate - The palate is plush and round, with layers of bright red and blue fruits reminiscent of blueberries and dark cherries.

Delicious as an aperitif with steak tartare or cold cured meats. Alternatively enjoy around the table laden with a selection of grilled meats, Christmas ham or a succulent Sunday roast.
