2025 Seppelt Drumborg Vineyard Riesling

On the nose, fragrant notes of kaffir lime, lemon blossom, spicy ginger and a hint of perfumed bath salts. A powerful, flavoursome and intense palate with notes of bath salts and lemon peel alongside kaffir lime, starfruit and spice combining for an exotic spectrum of flavours with superb intensity. The textural, mineral mouthfeel adds flesh to the juicy acid backbone. This wine will drink well at release but will continue to retain its verve as it slowly unwinds in the years to come.
