Orange blossom, apricot, iced tea, pear, fresh dates, with hints of Christmas cake spice.

A spiritous take on a classic variety, this wine captures the essence of the Viognier grape, known for its generous stone-fruit characters and subtle spice. Harvested on a crisp autumnal night, prior to cold pressing and fortification with carefully selected premium grape spirit. Matured for 36 months in small seasoned oak barrels, allowing time for the spirit to mellow whilst maintaining freshness and vitality. The result is a truly special wine which encapsulates the lovely rich flavours and natural sweetness of late-picked viognier.

Palate is smooth and luscious with notes of orange zest and butterscotch.
Serve as is, over ice, or as a substitution to a sugar syrup in many classic cocktails.
