2024 Coldstream Hills The Esplanade Pinot Noir

Coldstream Hills has a heritage of accessing some of the most prestigious single vineyard sites in the Yarra Valley, such as the Esplanade Block of the Syme Vineyard, where this Pinot Noir was sourced.

NOSE - Brooding, savoury and complex with dark cherry, Satsuma plum and earthy graphite mineral aromas. Nuances of five spice and anise are interwoven with hints of poached strawberry and subtle French oak.

PALATE - Medium bodied and layered, a showcase of dark cherry, plum and hints of rhubarb supported by a fine grained and persistent tannin profile. Oak integrates seamlessly with earthy mineral and whole bunch spice adding complexity.
