2008 St Huberts Chardonnay - Museum Release - September 2026 Shipment Gold

The 2008 vintage was again unusually early and warm conditions allowed ripe flavour development. This wine displays classic Yarra Valley Chardonnay characters of nectarine, white peach and citrus, complexed by hazelnut and toasty oak notes. 

The wine was matured partially in new French oak, and a small malolactic component adds creaminess to the middle palate.
