The Single Vineyard range showcases the wines from some of Australia's most important Cabernet vineyards. Each year a special wine is released from, and named after, the top performing vineyard on the estate.

Glengyle Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - This wine is finely polished and focused in structure, with great persistence and intensity giving the impression of a wine that is layered, flowing and building all at once. Drink now or carefully cellar for up to 10+ years. 

Messenger Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - Cranberry, soy, and lightly smoky tobacco leaf support an elegant, seamless palate which pushes the flavours to a flowing and lingering finish. Drink now or carefully cellar for up to 10+ years. 

Vintage conditions 2021 - In 2021, the Coonawarra vintage was as close to optimal as we can recall in the last 30 years. The preceding winter and spring were below average in rainfall. A warmer spring led to a great, fast flowering and set. Some “green harvest” was required to achieve balanced yields for quality. There were moderate temperatures throughout the season, with no extreme heat or cold. Our 2021 wines have a notable colour iridescence that follows to fruit vibrancy and depth of flavour. We certainly acknowledge the 2021 vintage as a great one for Wynns.
