2023 Coldstream Hills Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Sourced from the Estate-grown Gladysdale and Deer Farm vineyards in the cool Upper Yarra, the fruit for this wine was gently pressed with portions of the juice being either fermented in stainless steel and stored on fine lees or barrel fermented in seasoned French oak

Nose - Fine and aromatic with passionfruit pulp and gooseberry notes underpinned by pink grapefruit and nettle.

Palate - Fine and pure with characters of passionfruit, gooseberry, and nettle dominating.  Aromatic and vibrant, the wine is evenly textured and finishes with characteristically juicy chalky acidity.

Ideal for pasta dishes and seafood.
