2020 Coldstream Hills Single Vineyard Esplanade Pinot Noir

Coldstream Hills prides itself for having access to many of the best vineyards in the Yarra Valley. Back in the late 1980s, James Halliday introduced single vineyard wines to Coldstream Hills demonstrating their unique styles. The tradition has continued with the release of the Single Vineyard range.

Brooding and alluring with dark cherry and blue fruits, hints of five-spice, anise, earthy mineral and subtle French oak.

Dark/red cherry and muddled strawberry characters are enhanced with earthy rustic notes, hints of whole bunch spice and beautifully integrated French oak. Savoury and textural, the palate is long and finishes with fine chalky tannins.
