2019 Coldstream Hills Single Vineyard Deer Farm Chardonnay

Coldstream Hills prides itself for having access to many of the best vineyards in the Yarra Valley. Back in the late 1980s, James Halliday introduced single vineyard wines to Coldstream Hills demonstrating their unique styles. The tradition has continued with the release of the Single Vineyard range.

Fine and pure, the wine has great length of flavour, finishing with beautifully balanced citrus acidity. Lemon pastry and nougat characters are supported by seamless French oak and mineral slate. Layered and textural, this wine displays the hallmarks of classic cool climate Chardonnay.
