2013 St Huberts MUSEUM Cabernet Sauvignon - Gold June Shipment

St Hubert's Cabernet Sauvignon includes fruit from some of the oldest vines in the Yarra Valley, planted in the 1960's. The 2013 vintage was warm and dry, resulting in rich, ripe, and structured red wines. 

This wine is full bodied, displaying opulent plum and blackberry fruit aromas complexed by leafy regional characters and supported by integrated oak.

This wine was aged for 16 months in French oak barriques and will benefit from careful cellaring in the bottle.
