Roussanne is an extremely rare white grape variety that produces a wine with aromatic characteristics and a medium body. The fruit for St Hubert's Roussanne was always sourced from a single vineyard block in the St Hubert's Vineyard at Coldstream, in the heart of the Yarra Valley. 

The wine is subtle with spice, floral and flinty nuances on the nose. 

The palate has fresh orange peel and spice characteristics with a crisp, citrus finish.
